For more than four decades, Jersey Cape Dance & Gymnastics Academy has been nurturing dancers and gymnasts in Cape May, NJ. Our family-owned, woman-led studio offers a comprehensive approach to movement education that has helped students reach incredible heights, from national championships to television appearances. We have earned recognition as one of the country's top 50 dance schools.

Our expansive 7,000-square-foot facility features five dedicated dance rooms and a cutting-edge gymnastics center throughout Cape May, NJ. From beginners taking their first steps to advanced performers ready for the spotlight, our instructors tailor instruction to every skill level and age group. They constantly pursue continuing education to bring the latest techniques to your dancer.
Gymnastics
Step into our state-of-the-art gymnastics center where safety and skill development go hand in hand. Our USA Gymnastics Safety certified coaches guide students through progressive techniques while building confidence, strength, and coordination in a supportive atmosphere.
